SUTD openhouse 2020 is conducted as a live virtual event in light of covid-19 measures.
Process
Attendees attend by visiting the virtual open house micro site and registering their interest.Emails are populated into the Motion Media Works live webcast platform for IAM(Individual Access Management). This allows validation of emails and tracking of attendees for follow up action. It is also a good way to track the success of the event.
Data Analysis
As with most webcasts, over 4000 attendees for the actual live streaming event and 50% as video on demand a few days following.
