Shareholder Registration

Shareholders register their interest in attending the virtual AGM on the platform’s registration page.

Upon confirmation on the data to be verified against, Motion Media Works creates a registration page to be published with the notice of AGM. This is the page where shareholders will enter their data which the share registrar will validate against.

Email Notification

Unique passwords are then generated by Motion Media Works and bulk emails are sent to shareholders with instructions to view the webcast, along with their unique login credentials. Each user id and password will authorize a single device to access the webcast.

Remote Live webcast Production

Global Palm Resources Virtual Annual General Meeting was fully supported remotely from the Motion Media Works master control room. Board of directors and chairman were connected remotely and their webcam feeds were inserted to the live webcast.

Simultaneous PowerPoint Presentation

PowerPoint presentations can either be shown full screen or as a split screen where viewers see the presenter and the PowerPoint slide at the same time

Corporate Logo

Company logo was added to the corner of the webcast for corporate branding. Background of the webcast can also be customized with corporate colors or textured wallpaper.

Audio Only Dial In

An audio only stream was provided for shareholders who do not have access to a web browser. Attendees are able to dial phone number and listen to the webcast from their phone.
