Malaysia’s movement control order(MCO) prevented Sim Leisure Group board of directors from travelling to Singapore to attend AGM. With the Motion Media Works virtual AGM platform, board of directors could present from their homes in Malaysia via video conferencing. While the video operators at the Motion Media Works control room were able to bridge all the directors in a single room and merge their videos with PowerPoint presentations and deliver it to shareholders watching on any HTML5 web browser or smart phone.

Attendee Registration and Validation Process

Shareholders self register their interest in attending on the AGM platform. Collected data is then validated by share registrar to ensure only that only shareholders are issued a unique ID and password to attend the virtual AGM. Login credentials allow one device to be authorized for access at any time. With unique login credentials, the platform will be able to generate an attendance report at the end of the virtual AGM

Webcast Video Layout Customization

With unlimited customization possibilities, our webcast producer will be able to consult with on the best layout of the video webcast. Split screen during presentation or full PowerPoint presentation. Adding corporate logo digitally, saving cost that would otherwise have to be incurred when printing backdrops for traditional AGMs, our producers and video operators are able to get it done.
