Shareholder Registration

Shareholders fill in the form indicating their interest in attending The Hour Glass virtual AGM. Registration form is created on the Motion Media Works live webcast platform.

Upon closing of registration(72 hours before AGM), collected data is submitted to share registrar for validation.

Email Notification

Unique passwords and login credentials are generated by Motion Media Works and emailed to validated registrants, along with instructions on how to access the live webcast.

On Ground Webcast Production

The Hour Glass annual general meeting was a hybrid event where the chairperson and director are presenting from the office. Remote board of directors were to appear in the webcast via video conferencing. Presenters in the office were able to see and hear remote board of directors and the interaction is embedded in the live webcast.

Simultaneous PowerPoint Presentation

Tabulated resolutions are displayed in PowerPoint format. Displayed as split screen or on it’s own or with presenter’s as a voice over during live webcast.

Corporate Logo

Company logo was added to the corner of the webcast for corporate branding. Background of the webcast can also be customized with corporate colors or textured wallpaper.

Audio Only Dial In

An audio only stream was provided for shareholders who do not have access to a web browser or in the unlikely event of not being able to login to the webcast platform. Attendees are able to dial phone number and listen to the proceedings from their analog phone line.
